• Pre-seed Round:

  • Allocation: 15% of Total Supply

  • Unlock Schedule: 10% at TGE; 4 months cliff; linear monthly unlock for 12 months.

• Seed Round:

  • Allocation: 15% of Total Supply

  • Unlock Schedule: 10% at TGE; 4 months cliff; linear monthly unlock for 9 months.

• Public Sale:

  • Allocation: 5% of Total Supply

  • Hard Cap: $500,000

  • Unlock Schedule: No locks

Operational Allocations

• Community Incentives:

  • Unlock Schedule: Milestone-based with quarterly unlocks for at least 4 years.

• Liquidity and Reserve

  • Unlock Schedule: 0% at TGE. The release of the tokens depends on the technical readiness of AMM DEX on XRPL. Once released, tokens will be locked in AMM's liquidity pool for 2 years.

  • Unlock Schedule: 0% at TGE, with full unlock at 12 months.

• Team:

  • Allocation: 75,000,000 tokens (15% of Total Supply)
